Augmenting Medical-Related Study In The Human Mind

By Josef Lipphardt

Managing a traumatic brain injury is difficult. I know, because I suffered one. Finding a way that I could work past my new limitations was extraordinarily difficult. That's why I decided to try a new approach and try Re: I'm also an ex-Amen Clinic Patient. I'd heard a lot about their revolutionary diagnostic techniques, and needed to see what they had to offer.

Basically, this clinic is special because of how they are going to examine your brain. They are going to take a look at how your living brain functions. That means the brain in motion, so that they can see just how everything works. The SPECT scan affords them this opportunity.

What I found when I was treated by the Amen method was that they took a picture of my entire brain. Some kind of special photon rays or something, that allow them to look inside. Sort of like an X-Ray but with more information and a more in depth process.

The reason that this type of scan is so unique, is because it allows doctors to view the entire brain. But it also enables them to look at things like blood flow at the same time. That means how the brain is actively functioning in your head.

Dr. Amen is dedicated to more accurate diagnostic work. Too many hospitals are a little bit complacent. That can lead to long years of treatment, and having to go through unnecessary procedures. That's what I had to deal with, and none of it really helped.

Always remember, as my doctors told me, that despite the more accurate diagnosis, you've still got a long road ahead of you. It's been a really long road for me, and one that's had some difficulties. But I've found the treatments through this clinic to be more effective.

I still had to meet regularly with a psychiatrist to see real results. But there really wasn't whole lot of musical chairs with new drugs. Instead, it was more of a focus on what works for my unique problem. Thanks to the scan the doctor knew what was right straight away.

In the end, my doctors have helped me tremendously. Because of their accurate diagnosis, I've been focusing on treatment that actually helps. It's the same treatment I could have gotten anywhere. But not the same care I could have got in the beginning. That's what's made the big difference.
