Make sure that you always remember to be kind to other people. This is very important so you may not only fee better about it, but they will surely get relieved by your words. Saying and doing small kind things may be a big thing already for someone that is suffering with so many problems already.

Matthew 6:25-29 tells a person not to worry about the smallest details about life. There are times that a person will worry even for the smallest thing in life, but this should not be the case. What you need to do is to look for someone or something that will give you the strength to go on with your life.

When you have a problem that will cause you to mourn, you are promised in Matthew 5:4 that you will be given comfort when needed. You have all the right to mourn and cry for your problems. However, you must not worry because there will surely be someone to help you get through it and give you protection despite all these things.

Another thing that you must always remember is to take refuge in the Lord. Nahum 1:7 tells you that he is your stronghold when you have troubles and very weak to face your problems.
